Your student's academic counselor can send an official MOHS transcript anytime you need one. Just fill out the transcript request form and they'll take care of the rest.
You can request the transcript be sent directly to you, or to a school of your choice. Here's what to have ready when you fill out the form:
- For digital transcripts: names and email addresses
- For physical transcripts: name of facility and mailing addresses
