Mia is our site guide and started out as the child of Miacademy's founder. The person behind “Mia” is now one of our own team members. Mia is essentially a customer service representative available for children to ask about how the site works. All messages from Mia are automated, unless your child sends Mia a personal message asking a question.
On Clever Dragons, this site helper is named Cody. On Always Icecream, our site helper is named Aki.
